We’re Addison + Tanner.
Addison Skaggs has spent more than a decade working in college athletics creative and digital, leading teams and living the day-to-day work behind the @.
Tanner Monaco is a software engineer who makes a living solving problems. After hearing Addison complain about the same ones over and over, he started wondering why better software for athletics didn't exist.
So we started building it.
The name was right there.
Addison + Tanner. A + T. @.
Our initials happened to make the symbol at the center of the world we were building for.
And behind every @ is a team.
The strategists, storytellers, designers, photographers, videographers, social pros, SIDs and students building athletics brands every day.
The @ team. The atTeam.
Turns out, our name wasn’t just ours.
This is the fun part.
atTeam started by solving the problems we knew firsthand. Now, we get to hear about yours.
The workaround your team has just accepted. The spreadsheet you wish you didn’t need. The process that takes six steps when it should take two.
Those are the problems we want to solve.
We’re listening to the people behind the @ and using what we learn to make atTeam more useful for the way athletics teams actually work.
Because the goal isn’t just better software.
Our goal is to give the people behind the @ everything they need to do their best work.
